Major traffic jams are expectedNetwork Rail risks alienating thousands of Easter travellers as they look to complete 30 major engineering projects across the Easter weekend.
After delays to the company's New Year programme of works, Liberal Democrat transport spokesman Norman Baker described the decision to cut services as "completely mad".
